Decent commercial signage is worth a large amount of money. At this property, the stainless steel lettering was installed about seven years ago. The location, directly across the road from the Pacific Ocean and it is hit daily by the prevailing and moisture laden sea breeze.

The stainless steel letters were uncoated and NYALIC® was applied. Seven years later the base paint had begun to fail and become chalky. The stainless lettering surviced very well thanks to it’s Nyalic coating.

All letters were removed, the blue-grey base coat was reapplied and the issues have been corrected. A new coat of paint and a Nyalic coating to all the stainless steel and the signage looks like new.
